1Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or using the ubet platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ubet platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the ubet platform. Acceptance occurs automatically when you register an account, click the "Register" button, or continue using the platform after the effective date of any amended terms.
The ubet platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Users who provide false information regarding their age may have their accounts terminated immediately.

2Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted only one active account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or other details — is strictly prohibited. ubet reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Your full name, date of birth, and contact details will be used for identity verification purposes when required, particularly during the withdrawal process.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ubet recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and never sharing it with anyone.
Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact ubet support immediately at [email protected] for prompt assistance.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a ubet platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules throughout the duration of your account usage.
- Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Make deposits and withdrawals using legitimate methods in your own name
- Check results, odds, and account information personally
- Contacting support for enquiries related to your own account
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or fraudulent payments
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors for unauthorised gain
- Using another person's account or accessing an account without authorisation
- Abusing bonus offers through unauthorised methods
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as forfeiture of any account balance, subject to ubet's discretion.
4MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ubet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and in their own name. ubet does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of other users.
Deposits are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ubet does not store credit card details or users' bank account information directly. All payments are subject to the processing times set by the respective payment service providers.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the ubet account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. ubet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or otherwise suspicious, ubet reserves the right to suspend processing of that transaction pending investigation. Users will be notified via their registered email address.

5Account Policy, Liability Limits & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Ubet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to breaches of the terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or instructions from relevant authorities.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support via email. Any remaining account balance, once all active conditions have been fulfilled, will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Platform Liability Limits
Ubet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, temporary technical errors, or betting outcomes disputed on technical grounds.
In the event of a technical error affecting the odds or results displayed, ubet reserves the right to void the affected transactions and refund the relevant funds to the user's account with no additional liability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ubet platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the property of ubet or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ubet.
Third-Party Links & Services
The ubet platform may utilise third-party services for payment processing, live casino video streaming, and other technical functions. ubet is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or operations of such third-party providers. Any issues relating to third-party services should be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
6Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
Ubet reserves the right to amend, add to, or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after the date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Users are encouraged to review this Terms & Conditions page regularly to ensure they remain up to date with the latest version. The effective date of the current version is indicated at the top of this document.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ubet platform shall be resolved in accordance with Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
